I have been working in and around the fitness industry for some 16 years now, and have obtained vast experience in nutrition, from a level related to general well being to competitive bodybuilding standards with specialized diets for many other sports and past times.

Travelling around has put me in contact with a wide range of people from the young to the elderly and i have noticed a common goal from all that I have had the pleasure to work with. That common goal is to achieve a healthy way of life and to be the best that THEY CAN BE.
